King of Prussia Office Named One of Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for 2025

PSI CRO is proud to share that its King of Prussia office has once again been named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for 2025. This recognition underscores PSI’s continued excellence in workplace culture, strong leadership, and employee engagement, as affirmed by the team members who make up the heart of the organization.

This year’s award marks the seventh consecutive year PSI’s King of Prussia office has earned this distinction, a testament to the team’s enduring commitment to collaboration, purpose-driven work, and high performance.

“We are more than just a great workplace,” says Tom Flud, Senior Director of Operations. “We are a team that grows together, supports each other, and delivers with purpose. This award is a tribute to our people and the culture they’ve built.”

At PSI, our mission is to be the best CRO in the world as measured by our employees, clients, sites, and vendors, and is grounded in the belief that every patient counts. That belief drives our focus on delivering clinical trials on time and with precision, because behind every project milestone is a patient waiting for a life-changing therapy. The King of Prussia team plays a critical role in fulfilling that promise, helping ensure on-time clinical trial enrollment and seamless project delivery across a variety of therapeutic areas.

In 2025, more than 150 companies were nominated for the Best Places to Work award in the Philadelphia region. Of those, 80 were selected as finalists, and in the medium-sized company category, PSI was honored as one of just 20 finalists. The Best Places to Work awards are determined in partnership with Quantum Workplace. After public nominations, employees of nominated companies are invited to complete a detailed survey assessing culture, benefits, leadership trust, and overall satisfaction. Results are compiled and benchmarked to identify the top companies where employees truly love to work.

Building and sustaining a strong, unified culture is a priority at PSI, both at the King of Prussia office and across the globe. The company’s foundation of stability and longevity, with many of the original founders still actively leading today, has created a culture rooted in consistency, integrity, and long-term vision.

PSI’s core values serve as the foundation for its operational and cultural framework, influencing everything from client partnerships to internal collaboration. With more than 2,700 employees across six continents, PSI continues to grow organically while maintaining the employee-focused environment that has made recognitions like this possible.
