TOKYO, 14 March 2025 – PSI CRO AG, a global Swiss-based clinical research organization (CRO), is pleased to announce the appointment of Sayaka Kaji as Country Manager for Japan. With 19 years of industry experience, Sayaka brings a wealth of knowledge to PSI as the demand for the company’s services in Japan increases.
As Country Manager, Sayaka will lead PSI’s organic growth in the country, ensuring alignment with Japan’s unique regulatory and business landscape.

With nearly two decades in clinical operations and project management, Sayaka has played a pivotal role in delivering over 100 studies in oncology, gastroenterology, hematology, rare diseases, and infectious diseases. In her most recent role as Japan FSP Operation Head, Sayaka spearheaded operational strategy in the country, focusing on seamless execution and cross-functional alignment.
Beyond operational expertise, Sayaka has built and led multiple functions, including quality management and startup teams, making her an invaluable asset for PSI Japan.
