PSI CRO at MAGI World Conference Panel on Site Relationships

This past week, PSI’s own Ken Zib participated in an expert panel discussion to better understand what’s most important to sites when working with Sponsors and CROs at MAGI’s Clinical Research Conference. Recommendations included ways to enhance the accuracy of enrollment projections, to reimburse sites as quickly as possible for their activities and to maintain a personal connection between the parties through the establishment of long-term relationships.

PSI was the top-ranked clinical research organization among investigators for the second time in a row in the CenterWatch 2017 site relationship survey. “There are many elements in building strategic CRO-site partnerships,” said Olga Alfonsova, PSI’s Global Head of Development. “The most important being clarity of mutual expectations, a helpful, enthusiastic attitude, and the relentless building of trust. Only then can we count on dedication from the sites in reaching on-time enrollment goals in our highly competitive environment.”
