PSI CRO Taiwan Benefit Offerings
PSI’s medical insurance covers the employee, their spouse, and any children of the employee under the age of 23, including life insurance, critical illness insurance, hospitalization insurance, and cancer medical insurance.
PSI provides 15 days of annual leave in the first full year, with an additional day added each year as seniority increases, up to 30 days.
10 sick leave days with full pay are entitled per year. Note: Any sick/injury leave entitlement may only be granted if the employee submits a suitable medical sick leave certificate to the employer.
Labor Pension Scheme
PSI’s monthly contribution will be 7% of the withdrawal base applicable to the employee’s base salary.
Annual Health Check-Ups
PSI places importance on the health of its employees and provides annual health check-ups.
PSI employees will be provided with a corporate mobile phone with covered reasonable private use. The communication costs covered by PSI are limited to the amount set per month according to the company’s mobile package.
PSI offers English classes to employees to enhance their English proficiency.
PSI provides a gift or allowance at Lunar New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival.
